Operation management

During technical operation we provide sustainability of the facility and maintenance, troubleshooting, renovation and modification services regarding properties, buildings, machinery and other techncal tools and devices.

H1 Systems provides the following services:

Comprehensive technical operation of office buildings, industry and other facilities and data centers
Auditing – security(TIER) and energy (PUE) audits – as well as CFD-GAP analysis
Planning and implementation of quality assurance auditing related to the above ones (ISO 50001, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, BICSI),
Maintenance and service for all disciplines (electrical, mechanical, fire protection, security, etc.)
0-24 hours on-call engineering and technician service

Our tasks:

creation of maintenance plan, related consulting and implementation,
operation of technical devices of the building
reconstruction of the facility, quality assurance of implementation
fire and work protection tasks
energy management
deal with legal processes, revisions
procurement services

The reparation need of devices and machniery with continuous maintenance is much smaller than those of neglected structures, thus the maintenance plan matters as a cost-efficiency improving factor. The maintenance plan is recorded in our HD system and easily available for our customers regarding deadlines and quality of work.

Troubleshooting services

With troubleshooting we usually provide 2 soltuions:

with deployed personnel at bigger-sized or critical facilities regarding the importance of continuity of operation;
regular visits with own staff or sub-contractors in the case of low priority or smaller sizes

During the work organization we consider efficiency and economy when choosing the optimal solution. Flexibility and precision characterize our colleagues and sub-contracting partners while we put emphasis on documentation of the work. Within 2 hours our colleagues can be on site to start eliminating occurred problems, within the territory of Hungary.
