Tender and implementation planning
According to our customer’s demand we provide:
- Feasibility plans based on the customer concept, by working-out alternatives to meet targetted PUE values and integrating renewable energy resources,
- Creation of tender documentation for subcontractors and unpriced design description for tenders,
- Complex implementation plans focusing on certain fields,
- Tender proposals and tender planning, entire conduct of the tender process
At the implementation planning of our data center projects – depending on the special features of each project – we consider the followings:
- Intention to apply energy efficient solutions,
- Cost-efficiency,
- Scheduling in formation and investment,
- Creation of the most efficient data center technology mix,
- Selection of appropriate location (DCLoc) with an optimal location proposal in case of green-field investment
- Measuring and scheduling of created capacity based on the given time frame and expected life time,
- „Blade ready” implementation in case the created data center is expected to host and securely serve high-performance devices.
BIM Planning:
To use BIM, namely Building Information Modelling is an innovative approach since during the planning process we model the unity of the building. For construction industry, BIM is the most reliable and most cost-efficient planning, management and implementation since the key to success of a construction project is to let all participants use the same model, thus the questions, problems, contradiction arise and you can eliminate or answer them at the beginning phase.
By using BIM, huge data quantity is to collect and calculate and alternatives are analysable in their real environment. „Thanks to the data collected in the initial phase of the planning process, our finalized projects provide the „best possible” instead of the „most practical” performance. The software has become the assistant of designers and engineers due to cloud technology, portability, generative planning, extended and virtual reality.
